I agree to the terms and conditions of the short term rental property located at 525 25th Ave in Northport Al, a 2 bedroom 2 full bath home owned by Title Town Properties, LLC. The property includes the following amenities: fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, bathtub shower combos in each bath with toiletries, back yard with grill and fire-pit, parking for up to 4 cars in uncovered driveways on either side of home, with 2 steps with railings to enter porch from side, 6 steps with railings in front, 6 steps with rail leading to back yard.
Rental period of this property is effective the date of acknowledgement of this agreement.
Terms of rental include:
6 person maximum occupancy. Day of arrival check in after 3pm and day of departure check out at 11am. Sleeping arrangements: 1 king bedroom for 2 persons, 1 queen bedroom for 2 persons and a blow up air mattress or couch for 2 persons. The rental rate will be paid upon acknowledgment of this agreement along with the security deposit obtained at the same time. Cleaning fees (if applicable), state and local taxes apply. Payment due upon receipt of this rental agreement. Security deposited to be refunded per rental agreement, once it has been determined that no damage has occurred to property during occupancy. Cancellations: Full refund if cancellation received by 3 PM fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
House rules and restrictions per rental agreement to include: No pets allowed, No smoking allowed, No parties allowed, No street parking allowed. Fire pit is to be kept on concrete surface if used and fire put out when done. Quiet time after 9pm. On day of departure take out garbage to trash bin and start dishwasher.
By acknowledging these Terms and Conditions, the guest understands that use of the property and its facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Title Town Properties and its owners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the rental period, except where prohibited by law. The guest agrees to release and hold harmless Title Town Properties from any claims arising from personal injury or property damage during their stay. This disclaimer does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
In the event that property damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guest hereby authorizes Title Town Properties to charge the credit card on file for the additional costs incurred. The guest agrees to promptly reimburse any charges that surpass the security deposit amount. This authorization covers all damages, repair, or replacement costs, subject to applicable law.
