Spacious, Inviting 1930's Home
This charming 1930's home is located in the NorthPort historic district, a short 1-2 block walk to Billy’s Eatery & Bar, City Cafe, Mark’s Mart, and the selfie-famous Roll Tide Bridge. It's only 2.5 miles to the UA campus and half a mile to Kentuck. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please be courteous to our fabulous neighbors. No parties! Must be quiet no later than 9:00 pm. We would love to host you.

"Charming, comfortable, had everything we could possibly need plus some unexpected extras that delighted us. Cheryl was the perfect host, so easy to communicate with, flexible about our arrival and departure times, and so friendly - Southern hospitality at its finest! The house is even cuter than the pictures. We just loved it. We had a great weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary and visiting with our son who’s at Bama. We’ll be checking here first anytime we come to Tuscaloosa in the future."

"If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would! This little house had everything we needed and then some. It was so clean and made us feel right at home immediately. I can not say enough about Cheryl! She was absolutely wonderful and did all she could do to make our stay the very best. She was so helpful and accommodating. So much so that I wished I could have met her before we left. Thank you Cheryl for such great southern hospitality! I would recommend Cheryl’s place to anyone. If you don’t book here you are missing out. Also there are walkable restaurants which is very nice and convenient."

Our Go-To Place in the Area
"This is our go-to place when we visit our daughter. We have plenty of room to make a big dinner for her and her friends, sit outside and enjoy a fire in the warmly lit yard, and relax on the front porch in the mornings. The location is great. Quick $10 Uber to the strip and when you don’t want that, Northport has lots to offer. Quiet neighborhood too. We’ll be back often."
